Steps to Take Before Starting Registration

Before registering, please note there are pre-requisites to registering that you should complete first*:

1. You need to complete our Swim Test and Medical Release forms and have them available to upload while registering.

2. You need a US Rowing Association ID. Here are instructions to get one:

Utah Crew requires every rower to have a basic US Rowing membership. Go to https://www.usrowing.org/join-or-renew-membership/ to sign up. Make sure to enter the Utah Crew Club Code: KJ3AU. While signing up for membership, make sure you sign the US Rowing online waiver as part of the US Rowing signup process.

*For Winter Sessions and Indoor Rowing Championship only: Swim test not required.

A note on Fees:

Our Competition Team fees include a refundable $100 volunteer fee. Parent or family volunteers who give at least three hours of volunteer time to the team during the season should request their volunteer fee refund in writing at the close of the season by sending an email to info@utahcrew.org.

Fall 2024 Registration

RACING TEAM

Season: August 26 - November 10, 2024 Practice Times: M, W, Th, F from 4-6:15 PM and Sat from 8-11 AM

Practice Requirement: Attendance at all practices is expected except in cases of illness or family emergency.

Race/Travel Requirements: Participation in all local and two travel regattas is expected. The race in Philadelphia on October 26-27 is optional.

Cost: $875 for Racing Team**

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

Season: August 26 - November 1, 2024 Practice Times: M, W, F from 4-6:15 PM

Race/Travel/Practice Requirements: None. Can optionally attend local regattas.

Cost: $550 per season.

Camp N Row Registration

Join us for our annual trip to Moon Lake in the Uintas. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the sport of rowing and meet our athletes, families and coaches. We row 2 or 3 times a day on Saturday and Sunday and again on Monday morning. We will leave Salt Lake after school on Friday August 30 and return after a morning row on Monday Sept 2. No experience necessary although you do need a swim test and waiver. Register at:
