Steps to Take Before Starting Registration
Before registering, please note there are pre-requisites to registering that you should complete first*:
1. You need to complete our Swim Test and Medical Release forms and have them available to upload while registering.
2. You need a US Rowing Association ID. Here are instructions to get one:
Utah Crew requires every rower to have a basic US Rowing membership. Go to https://www.usrowing.org/join-or-renew-membership/ to sign up. Make sure to enter the Utah Crew Club Code: KJ3AU. While signing up for membership, make sure you sign the US Rowing online waiver as part of the US Rowing signup process.
*For Winter Sessions and Indoor Rowing Championship only: Swim test not required.
Summer 2025
Spring 2025 registration is now open for recreation and race teams. Sign-in to Team Snap for all the details. Please be sure to opt-in for all email and text communication.

Payment Information
Team fees and travel invoices may be paid by credit card through Teamsnap. To avoid credit cards fees, payments may be made via Zelle®, as well as through cash or check. When paying with Zelle®, cash, or check, please note the athlete's name and session, event, or invoice number. Check payments can be mailed to: PO Box 522131, Salt Lake City, UT 84152. To pay by Zelle®, make payment to info@utahcrew.org. Offline payments must be received prior to athlete participation.

During registration you will see the following prompt:
- CHOOSE WHAT PROGRAM YOU WANT TO REGISTER FOR: At the end you have choice to submit total fees online OR pay offline with cash, check, or Zelle®. On the last page of the registration, please use drop down box to choose how you want to pay. The option to "Pay offline" is available to all rowers registering.
- Fees are refundable during the first week of the season if you decide rowing is not for you. Contact info@utahcrew.org to arrange for a refund at that point. After the first week, refunds are not available.
- All rowers must be fully registered and paid before getting on the water.
Utah Crew can no longer accept payment by Venmo.
Financial Assistance
Utah Crew strives to create an environment in which anyone who wants to row, can row. Families eligible for free or reduced lunch programs may be eligible for need-based scholarships for rowing fees. At this time Utah Crew does not have scholarship funds for travel fees.
