Steps to Take Before Starting Registration
Before registering, please note there are pre-requisites to registering that you should complete first*:
1. You need to complete our Swim Test and Medical Release forms and have them available to upload while registering.
2. You need a US Rowing Association ID. Here are instructions to get one:
Utah Crew requires every rower to have a basic US Rowing membership. Go to https://www.usrowing.org/join-or-renew-membership/ to sign up. Make sure to enter the Utah Crew Club Code: KJ3AU. While signing up for membership, make sure you sign the US Rowing online waiver as part of the US Rowing signup process.
*For Winter Sessions and Indoor Rowing Championship only: Swim test not required.

Winter Training
Our Winter Training program is open to exerienced and new rowers as well as those looking for fun and effective crosstraining. Workouts will include sessions on rowing machines, weight lifting and body weight exercises. Winter training is divided into three sessions.
Session 1: Nov 18 - Dec 20
Session 2: Jan 6 - Jan 31
Session 3: Feb 1 - Mar 1
You can register for one, two, or all three, $150 per session or $350 for all three.
Days and times: MWF 4 - 6 PM, Sat 9 - 11 AM
Location: Wasatch Building, Utah State Fairpark, 155 N 1000 W, SLC.
(The Wasatch Building is the first building on the left as you enter the main gate to the Utah State Fairpark. Turn left through the white gate and go past the building to park. Enter through the door on the southeast corner of the building.)
