Since Linda became Head Coach in 2017 her goal has been to make Utah Crew nationally competitive. In 2021 we sent a men's youth quad and a women's youth double to Youth Nationals, which was an open regatta due to the pandemic. The men finished 10th in the country and the women finished 13th. Utah Crew qualified two women's doubles for the 2022 Youth Nationals through their performance at Southwest Regionals. The Women's Youth Double finished 11th in the country and the Women's Under 17 Double finished 8th.

In the Spring of 2024, for the first time, every single one of Utah Crew's athletes progressed through time trials at the USRowing Southwest Regional Championships. We won Utah Crew's first ever medals at Southwest Regionals - bronze in the Men's Club Coxed Four and the Men's Youth Single Scull. Three boats qualified for the 2024 Youth Nationals. The Men's Youth Single and Men's Under 17 Youth Quad finished 10th and the Women's Youth Quad finished 16th.

In 2016, a Utah Crew alum composite boat made a historic trip to the Henley Royal Regatta and Reading Town Regatta in the United Kingdom. They won the Reading Town Regatta and made the semi-finals of the Britannia Challenge Cup of the Henley Royal Regatta.

Utah Crew is building a legacy of success and speed inside and outside of Utah.
